Service Returns

In the past, AscentERP and Ascent Rental have relied on the case object of Salesforce. The Salesforce decision to remove cases from Sales Cloud and only support cases in Service Cloud would have left future customers in return management trouble.

The solution is, of course, Ascent. We have uncoupled our RMA from the case object ensuring that Sales Cloud users can still have RMA and that warehouse staff in Service Cloud organizations will not need a Service Cloud licenses just to handle returns.

If you love Salesforce cases, we’re still supporting that as well. But for those who have encountered licensing issues with the service cloud, Ascent Returns is an efficient and cost effective solution. We’re certain customers will appreciate the added flexibility and the integration with Work Order.
