Technical Sales Engineer and Implementation Support Analyst

Fast growing Somerville based Software as a Service company is seeking a motivated college graduate.

An individual possessing a strong synergy between these 2 roles is the ideal resource for us. In this role, the appropriate candidates would be capable of but not limited to the following tasks:

• Learn and familiarize various areas of the technology platform known as Force.com
• Develop custom solutions using Force.com technologies for existing customers.
• Contribute to the enhancement of current offerings built on Force.com.
• Serve as liaison between strategic partners in the platform community to diversify product portfolio.
• Provide training and implementation help for customers' enterprise product deployments.
• Manage and maintain concise documentation on various existing features along with new features.

Bachelor Degree and experience with Java Programming a must requirement.
